To get rid of cellulite: Get moving

Drinking an infusion of cherry stems

The cherry stem helps to detoxify the body and promotes circulation, which is often bad in cases of cellulite. To drain fat cells, infuse a handful of cherry stems in simmering water, cover, and wait 10 minutes before drinking. 

Ready-to-use packets are also available on the market, it is better to prefer them organic.

Using essential oils

Some essential oils have draining and decongesting properties. This is the case of green cypress and Egyptian geranium which improve skin tone. 

To drain toxins, essential oils of juniper and fennel are to be preferred. Eucalyptus essential oil accelerates the degradation of fat cells.

NB: essential oils must always be diluted in vegetable oil.

Moisturize to drain

Moisturizing helps to maintain good circulation and good exchanges in the body, thus preventing the stagnation of fats. It is recommended to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day to which birch sap, an effective drainer, may be added.

Green tea is also a drink renowned for its draining effects, as is coconut water, which has very little sugar.

Consume less salt and sugar

Salt promotes water retention, which causes watery cellulite (=water). Replace it with spices that activate blood circulation and increase body temperature, thus promoting lipolysis.

Also, limit sugar as it is converted into fat in the body.

Relaxation

Stress promotes the secretion of a hormone, cortisol, which promotes weight gain, especially abdominal fat

On the other hand, endorphins, happiness hormones, induce a state of relaxation and allow a better elimination of waste by the body.

Promote good blood circulation

In addition to massages, the cold is an excellent tonic and draining. 

At the end of your shower, you can, therefore, pass a jet of cold water over your lower body, starting with your feet and ending with your thighs (or your stomach or chest for the bravest ones).
